Pricing
Every project is different. So is every quote.
We don't publish a one-size-fits-all rate card, because a roof replacement, a $2M listing, and a six-month build are not the same job. We look at each project on its own and price it honestly.
How we think about it
Priced by the project, not by a template.
A published price list either overcharges the small job or undersells the big one. Neither is a good way to start working together. Instead, we scope the project with you, tell you exactly what it takes to document it well, and give you one clear number before anything is booked.
Most of our work falls into a predictable range, and we'll tell you where your project lands as soon as we understand it. Small single-visit shoots are the most affordable entry point. Multi-visit documentation across a build is priced as a package. Ongoing monthly content is its own structure with set visits and deliverables each month.
What we won't do is quote you a number before we know what we're walking into, then change it on site. The price we send is the price you pay unless you ask for something additional.

What shapes the number
Eight things that move a quote.
These are the factors we actually look at when pricing a project. Nothing hidden, nothing padded.
01
Scope of the project
A single finished bathroom and a full custom home need very different amounts of time on site. We price against what actually has to be covered, not a flat per-photo rate.
02
Type of media
Ground photography, aerial stills, drone video, and short-form vertical video each carry their own shoot and edit time. Most projects use a mix, and the mix moves the number.
03
Time on site
Some visits are a focused hour. Others run half a day because of light, staging, crew movement, or the size of the property. Time on site is one of the biggest drivers.
04
Number of visits
One-time documentation is priced as a single shoot. Progress work across a build — before, framing, in progress, completed — is priced as a sequence and usually lands better per visit.
05
Edit depth
Straight color-corrected stills deliver faster than a cut promo video with music, pacing, and multiple angles. More editing means more post time.
06
Deliverables and turnaround
How many final images, how many video cuts, what aspect ratios, and how fast you need them. Rushed turnarounds and large delivery sets are quoted accordingly.
07
Travel and access
Most work is inside our service area with no travel charge. Longer drives, gated access, permits, or restricted airspace can add time and are always stated up front.
08
How the content gets used
A listing that goes live this week and a year-long content library for a builder are different jobs. Usage shapes what we shoot and how much of it we shoot.
The process
How you get a number.
Straightforward, and usually same-day.
Step 1
You tell us about the project
Property type, location, what stage it's at, and what you want the content to do. A few sentences is enough to start.
Step 2
We ask a couple of real questions
Usually about timing, access, and whether you need photo, video, or both. This is where scope gets accurate instead of guessed.
Step 3
You get a written quote
A clear number with what's included: media types, time on site, deliverables, and turnaround. No line items you didn't ask for.
Step 4
We schedule around your work
Shoot dates are set around your build schedule, listing date, or crew progress — not the other way around.
Prefer a set monthly number?
If you want content on a consistent schedule instead of project-by-project, our monthly plans have fixed visits, fixed deliverables, and a fixed price. Custom monthly plans are available too.
