Visits are coordinated around your active projects and the stages you want documented. Share your project schedule so we can plan coverage around the work rather than miss an important milestone.
02 / What project locations are included?+
We serve all of New Jersey. Share the addresses of your projects when requesting a plan; travel requirements and any associated costs are discussed as part of your individual quote.
03 / What if my project schedule changes?+
Let us know as soon as a project is delayed or a milestone moves. We can discuss the next available dates and which active projects need coverage. Visit changes and any unused visits are handled according to your agreed plan.
04 / When will I receive my content?+
Delivery timing depends on the photography, video, and edits included in your plan. We confirm the expected schedule with you before work begins. If you have a listing date or campaign deadline, tell us when booking so it can be considered in the schedule.
05 / Is drone coverage always available?+
Drone work depends on weather, airspace restrictions, site safety, and legal operating conditions. Coverage is assessed for each location; a monthly plan does not override safe or legal flight requirements.
06 / What happens when weather affects a shoot?+
If conditions prevent safe or useful outdoor coverage, we discuss rescheduling or adjusting the coverage with you. Weather-related changes are coordinated around site conditions and availability.
