Windows and doors sell on two things that are genuinely hard to photograph: how the unit changes the exterior of the house, and how much light it brings inside. Both require exposure control that a phone simply cannot do — shoot for the room and the window is white, shoot for the window and the room is black.
HDR photography is the correct tool here. We bracket and blend so the new glass shows the actual view through it while the interior stays properly lit. That single capability is what makes a window upgrade look like an upgrade instead of a bright rectangle.
We also document the install itself — the old unit, the opening, the flashing and sealing, the trim work — plus the finished exterior elevation. For entry doors and full-facade replacements, aerial and straight-on elevation frames show the curb appeal difference that drives the next sale on the same street.
