Show the space the way a tenant will use it.

Commercial space is leased on a shortlist. A broker sends four or five options, and the ones that get toured are the ones that photograph like a place a business can picture itself in. Flat, under-lit interior shots make good space look like leftover space, and the suite sits on the market while a comparable floor a block away signs a tenant.

We shoot commercial interiors with HDR exposure blending, because these rooms are the hardest lighting situation in property work: warm overhead fixtures, cool daylight through glass, dark carpet, and bright ceilings all in the same frame. Blending the brackets by hand keeps ceilings clean, glass partitions readable, accent walls true to their real color, and the whole suite looking open rather than gloomy.

Coverage is built around how the space is actually sold — reception and lobby, corridors and circulation, conference and meeting rooms, private offices, open work areas, break rooms, and the building exterior and approach. Where it helps, we add aerial stills to show the building, parking, and surrounding business district, and a walkthrough video so an out-of-area decision maker can see the flow without flying in.

The same shoot serves more than the lease. Architects, design firms, contractors, and the tenants themselves use these images for portfolio pages, project case studies, proposals, and social posts long after the space is occupied.
